  • Quinoa 200 g
  • Water 400 ml
  • Broccoli 1 head cut in pieces
  • Cocktail Tomato 250 g cut in half
  • Zucchini 2 pc sliced medium
  • Carrot 1 pc sliced
  • Olive Oil 4 tbsp
  • Garlic 4 clove crushed/minced
  • Salt 1.0 tsp
  • Pepper 1.0 tsp
  • Salmon 600 g fillet
  • Lemon 1 pc cut in half
  • Lemon Juice 0.5 tsp per serving
  • Parsley Leaf 1 little bit chopped
  • Dill 1 little bit chopped

Steps

  1. add Quinoa 200 g Water 400 ml in small pot
  2. low heat until liquid absorbed
  3. put baking paper in baking tray
  4. put on it Broccoli 1 head cut in pieces Cocktail Tomato 250 g cut in half Zucchini 2 pc sliced medium Carrot 1 pc sliced
  5. sprinkle with Olive Oil 2 tbsp Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp more if needed
  6. mix
  7. put on it Salmon 600 g fillet
  8. sprinkle with Olive Oil 2 tbsp Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp
  9. add Lemon 1 pc cut in half
  10. bake 20 min 180 °C in oven (convection) preheated

    Assembly

  1. put Quinoa on plates
  2. put on it Vegetables Fish
  3. sprinkle with Lemon Juice 0.5 tsp per serving Parsley Leaf 1 little bit chopped Dill 1 little bit chopped optional
